基于PTP的变电站频率与时间同步方案研究

摘    要:智能化大电网的发展对时间同步提出了越来越高的要求。高精度、大范围、高性能的时间同步系统成为电网正常运行的必要保证。PTP通过IPoverSDH的方式来组建时间同步网络,能够达到电力全网时间精度优于1μs的精度指标。文章结合当前变电站的实际情况,论述如何在现有变电站之间实现频率与时间的同步。

Abstract:The development of the intelligent big power grid puts more and more needs on the accuracy of the time synchronization system, high accuracy, large scale and high performance of the time synchronization system have been a necessary guarantee for the normal operation. The PTP technology constructs a time synchronization network through the IP over SDH, and can get the accuracy within a microsecond. Considering the practical conditions of the substation, this paper discusses how to realize the synchronization of frequency and time among the existing substations.
