| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于８０Ｃ１９６单片机控制的变频调速系统的构成及工作原理，详细论述了ＰＷＭ模块用于ＧＴＯ逆变系统的方法及ＧＴＯ门极触发方案。实验结果证明该系统性能优良、工作可靠。

| Abstract: | The principle and structure of variable frequency drive system controlled by 80C196 single- chip processor are introduced. The method of using PWM module in GTO inverter and the Plan of driving GTO gate are described in detail. The experimental results show that the system has better and reliability performance. |
