摘    要:根据直流调速系统原理,结合现场实际经验,对6RA70的"F030"故障可能诱发原因,及解决方案做出深入探讨。以Drivemonitor为基本环境,结合PI调节,电机原理,晶闸管触发原理对引发故障的3种原因做了概括和总结。以现场情况来看,处理方法简单有效,达到了预期目的。

Abstract:According to the principle of DC regulating system,the possible causations and corresponding solutions of F030 fault in 6RA70 are deeply discussed combining with the pratical experience on site.Taken Drivemonitor as basic environment,three kinds of reasons causing faults are demonstrated by combining with the PI adjustment,the principles of motor and thyristor trigger.The treatment method is simple and effective from the situation,and the desired purpose is achieved.
