工业阀门数据监控系统设计

摘    要:介绍了工业管线阀门管理控制模式的现状,及通过监控系统远距离调配阀门完成对介质流量、压力控制的需求。针对工业阀门现场的数据采集及信息交换,开发了基于组态软件和PLC技术的工业阀门数据监控系统,描述了监控组态软件组态王对变量、图形及数据库的组态方法,分析了上位机组态王与工业现场Fx2n型PLC之间的通信链接方式,管理人员通过监控系统实现了"无人值班、少人职守"的目的。

Abstract:The current status of management and control mode for industrial pipeline valves is introduced, which shows the demands of remote control of the valve flow rate and pressure through monitoring system. Considering on-site data collection and information exchange of industrial valve, this data monitoring system for industrial valve is developed bases on configuration software and PLC technology, which describes the configuration method of Kingview configuring variable quantities, graphs and data bases. The communication link mode between upper computer Kinview and on-site Fx2n PLC is analyzed. The managers can realize "Unattended, Few People Attended" by means of this monitoring system.
