基于TMS320F240的开关磁阻调速系统的设计

摘    要:以四相8/6极、5.5kW开关磁阻电动机(SRM)为研究对象,设计了一种结构简单、性能可靠的开关磁阻电机调速(SRD)系统。该系统采用TMS320F240为主控单元,详细介绍了功率电路和控制器的结构组成和工作原理,采用了改进型的不对称半桥结构的功率变换器,并针对EXB841不足之处加以改进。实验表明此系统不仅结构简单,而且运行效果良好。

Abstract:A switched reluctance drive system is presented,which has simple structure and reliable performance.It is designed based on 4-phase,8/6 pole and 5.5 kW SRM.TMS320F240 is adopted as the main control unit,and the structure,principle of power circuit and controller are introduced in detail,and a novel power converter circuit with asymmetrical half-bridge structure is developed.It reserves the advantage of bridge circuit,and makes compensation due to the disadvantage of EXB841.The exprtiment proves that the system has simple structure and suprtior performance.
