摘    要:设计了一款输出频率从10Hz到100Hz可变的电解电源,提供了完整的设计实现方案。其输出电流为100安培,采用了函数发生器芯片ICL8038和脉宽调制芯片SG3525进行控制,可输出正弦波、三角波、方波以及梯形波等多种波形,用于电解电容中铝箔制造工艺的优化选择。

Abstract:A novel design of electrolytic power supply is presented,which is used in the new type chemical surface disposal for aluminum foil manufacture.The inverter control system can realize ICL8038 waveform generator and SG3525 pulse width modulator control,can produce high accuracy wave such as sine,square,triangular waves and so on,and the output frequency can be regulated continuously from 10Hz to 100Hz by external potentiometers.The experimental results show that this power supply has perfect performance.
