| 摘 要： | 总结电网第二、三道防线的概念、功能及发展现状,以浙江电网为例,介绍当前大量投入运行的各类安全自动装置,并结合《电力安全事故应急处置和调查处理条例》(国务院599号令)的颁布实施,提出了进一步完善电网第二、三道防线的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The concept, functions and development situation of the second and third defense lines in Zhejiang grid are summarized. Various automatic safety devices in operation currently are introduced illustrated with the case of Zhejiang grid. In accordance with Power Safety Accident Emergency Management and Investigation Treatment Regulations （State Council Decree 599）, the suggestions on improving the second and third defense lines are proposed. |
