摘    要:通过对同类型锅炉的运行特性进行对比,认为SG-=420/13.8-M415型锅炉水冷壁喷燃器区域发生高温腐蚀具有一定的普遍性。同时,对该厂频繁爆管的机理进行了论述,在此基础上,提出了对喷燃器的改造方案。

Abstract:The author considers that the high temperature corrosion is prevalent to some txtent at the burner zone of the SG-420/13.8-M415 boiler waterwall.by comparing with the boiler operation performance of the some kind. Meanwhile,the mechanism of frequent tube failure in this plant was discussed,then the retrofit scheme of the burner was pointed out.
