特高压直流输电工程系统调试的安全技术措施研究

摘    要:溪洛渡—金华±800 k V特高压直流输电工程交流系统和直流系统分阶段投运,为保证直流系统调试期间交流场能够安全稳定运行,必须进行安全隔离。对交流系统与直流系统的相互影响因素进行了详细分析,并归纳总结,提出了相应的软/硬件安全隔离技术措施,可供后续有关直流工程参考。

Abstract:AC system and DC system in into operation in different stages. During ±800 kV Xiluodu-Jinhua UHV DC transmission project will be put the commissioning of DC system, the safe and stable operation of AC system is guaranteed by the isolation between two systems. In this paper, the interaction between two systems is analyzed and summarized. The technical isolation measures for software and hardware are proposed, which can be further referenced by similar DC projects in future
