杭州电网AVC系统互联协调控制的实现

摘    要:简要介绍了杭州电网区域电压无功自动控制系统(AVC)互联协调控制方式,通过建立实时协调模型和协调模型中关口变量控制,实现杭州电网的电压无功全网协调控制,在保留原有各区县调AVC系统电压无功调节功能基础上,通过增加杭州地调AVC系统,由地调AVC系统与原县调AVC之间建立互联协调控制,最终实现杭州电网基于全网无功优化的电压自动控制功能。

Abstract:This paper introduces the interconnection coordination control method of the regional Automatic Voltage Control(AVC) system for Hangzhou power grid.It realizes the coordination control of voltage and reactive power of Hangzhou power grid by establishing real-time coordination model and controlling gateway variables in the model.It applies regional power dispatch AVC system in Hangzhou and establishes the interconnection coordination control between the regional and counties' AVC systems apart from retaining the original functions of voltage and reactive power adjustment of power dispatch AVC systems in all the regions and counties in order to realize automatic voltage control of Hangzhou power grid based on entire grid reactive power optimization.
