摘    要:建设基于GIS的地县一体化电压监测平台,实现地、县局无功电压数据的统一集中采集、监测、统计与综合分析,可为电网运行方式调整、变电站无功补偿设备投切、无功电压逐级考核等提供科学依据。实际应用表明,该电压监测平台能有效提高综合电压合格率指标,提升整体供电质量。

Abstract:Geographic information system(GIS)-based prefecture-level city and county integrated voltage monitoring platform is built to achieve the unified and centralized collection,monitoring,statistics and comprehensive analysis of reactive power and voltage data of prefecture-level city and county power supply bureaus,and provide the scientific basis for the adjustment of network operation mode,switch on/off of substation reactive power compensation equipments and stepwise assessment of reactive power and voltage....
