单支撑超超临界1000 MW汽轮发电机组振动诊断及处理

摘    要:单支撑超超临界1 000 MW机组在浙江已投产8台,逐渐成为电网的主力机组,其安全运行直接关系到电网的稳定,而振动是影响机组安全运行最主要的参数之一。通过对浙江省内已投产的8台1 000 MW汽轮发电机组常见振动问题的诊断处理,分析不稳定振动的产生原因,并对补汽阀投运产生的振动、励磁机过临界振动大等问题进行了阐述,为同类机组振动问题的处理提供参考。
