摘    要:针对引风机变频改造方案,提出了变频改造相应的热工DCS控制策略.该策略实施后,实现了自动方式下引风机工频/变频2种方式等出力、小扰动的相互切换,取得了较好的控制效果,为引风机的稳定运行和各工况成功切换提供了有力保证.实际运行表明,该改造方案节能效果明显.

Abstract:This paper introduces the corresponding thermal control DCS control strategy based on the reconstruction scheme of induced draft fan frequency converting.After the implementation,two modes of induced draft fan power frequency and frequency converting are switched under the automation mode with same output and small interference and excellent control effect is achieved to ensure the stable operation of induced draft fan and successful switching during every operation condition.The practical operation proves that this scheme has evident energy saving effect.
