凝汽器锈蚀问题的分析和处理

摘    要:介绍了某1000 MW级核电站凝汽器安装完成进行海水循环冲洗后,水侧钛管与管板焊缝上所发现的锈蚀现象,分析了锈蚀产物的来源和产生这个问题的胀管和焊管原因,阐述了避免出现类似问题的处理方法,对今后凝汽器制造避免此类问题提出了预防措施和建议方案.

Abstract:The rust is discovered on the welds of titanium tube to tube plate in the condenser seawater side of a 1000MW nuclear power plant after seawater circulating flush and the final treatment processes.After analyzing the source of the rust and the cause of this problem induced by expansion and welding,the corresponding treatment processes are put forth,as well as the measures to prevent the reoccurrence of the same kind of problems.
