Causes Analysis of Rust on Welds of Titanium Tube to Tube Plate and Treatment

The rust is discovered on the welds of titanium tube to tube plate in the condenser seawater side of a 1000MW nuclear power plant after seawater circulating flush and the final treatment processes.After analyzing the source of the rust and the cause of this problem induced by expansion and welding,the corresponding treatment processes are put forth,as well as the measures to prevent the reoccurrence of the same kind of problems.
