粗糙管强化传热性能的熵产分析和评价

摘    要:以反映粗糙管流动和传热性能的R函数和G函数为基础,结合熵产分析法,并在定性考虑粗糙管制造成本等因素的条件下,对粗糙管的强化传热性能进行了综合分析和评价。结果和方法可为在锅炉和热交换器的设计时有关强化传热管的选择和评价提供参考。

Abstract:Based on functions R and G reflecting the flow and heat transfer characteristics of rough surface tubes, coupled with the second law of thermodynamics (entropy generation analysis) and qualitative consideration of rough surface tubes production cost, the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of enhanced heat transfer performance on rough surface tubes are made. The result and method of this paper provide reference for the choice and performance evaluation of enhanced heat transfer tubes in the design of boilers and heat exchangers.
