三相GIS母线损耗发热的电磁场-流场-温度场计算分析

摘    要:为深入研究三相气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,简称GIS)母线筒的损耗发热问题,运用有限元方法,建立了该类母线损耗发热的电磁场-流场-温度场综合求解模型,在综合考虑集肤效应、涡流损耗、气体流动、以及重力等多种因素影响的基础上,计算分析了该类母线的热源和温度分布规律。结果表明:GIS母线电流和损耗的分布都体现出集肤效应。对于水平放置的三相GIS母线,当三相电流对称时,上方母线导体温度高于下方母线导体,金属外壳的最高温度出现在离上方导体较近的上部壳体,且上方导体附近的气体等温线分布也呈现较为明显的S状弯曲,而位于下方导体周围的气体,其等温线扭曲程度相对较小。当电流对称性遭到破坏,则损耗和温度分布的对称性不复存在。
