混煤掺烧中晋城无烟煤对飞灰含碳量的影响及控制措施

摘    要:针对湖南省内火电厂难燃尽无烟煤比例大及带来飞灰含碳量偏高的问题,对难燃的晋城无烟煤进行了煤质特性分析研究,重点从晋城无烟煤的掺烧比例和掺烧方式上进行了试验研究。结果表明晋城无烟煤为低挥发分、中高热值、难着火、难燃尽、难磨的煤种,随着晋城无烟煤掺混比例的增加,飞灰可燃物呈加速上升趋势;在保持晋城无烟煤掺混比例不变的情况下进行了"磨内掺混,炉内混烧"和"分磨制粉,炉内掺烧"的对比试验,"分磨磨制、炉内掺烧"方式优势明显,320MW负荷下飞灰可燃物含量降低了1.37%,控制晋城无烟煤的掺烧比例和采用"分磨制粉,炉内掺烧"的混煤掺烧方式是降低飞灰含碳量的有效途径。
