摘    要:为防止SUPER304H奥氏体不锈钢由于具有晶间腐蚀倾向而对锅炉受热面的运行产生威胁,对其进行了采样和试验,避免在超超临界锅炉受热面中使用具有沿晶腐蚀倾向的管材,同时对该种不锈钢的管理和晶间腐蚀预防措施进行了宏观分析和阐述,避免运行中发生晶间腐蚀倾向的诱发因素。

Abstract:In order to prevent SUPER304H austenitic stainless steel intergranular corrosion tendencies because it has occurred on the boiler running threats,the sampling and test is carried out to avoid the intergranular test tube corrosion tendency for ultra supercritical boiler,and the management of the stainless steel and intergranular corrosion preventive measures to avoid the macro analysis and discussion of the intergranular corrosion occurred in the operation of the tendency of inducing factors.
