旋风分离器中心筒筒体裂隙对分离效率的影响研究

摘    要:分析了某50 MW循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器中心筒筒体裂隙产生的原因。数值模拟研究和飞灰取样结果显示裂隙破坏了分离器内的速度场和压力场,降低了分离器的分离效率。最终提出了提高分离效率的分离器改造方案。

Abstract:The reasons why cracks appeared in the 50MW CFB Boiler’s cyclone vortex are analyzed.According to the result which fly ash were sampled and numerical simulation were tested,vortex cracks destroyed the velocity filed and pressure filed.The separation efficiency of cyclone decreased significantly.Finally,retrofit schemes to improve cyclone separation efficiency are given.
