天然气再燃烧降低NO_x的数值模拟研究

摘    要:对实验用管式炉进行数值模拟计算。采用标准k-ε湍流模型、NOx生成模型,对管式锅炉内的流场情况、管式锅炉内的NOx的浓度进行模拟计算。模拟计算表明,提高再然区温度有利于NOx的还原,再燃区过量空气系数越小越有利于NOx的还原,再燃天然气数量的增加可降低NOx浓度的排放,同时再燃天然气的比例提高到一定的水平,再增加天然气数量后对还原NOx的影响逐步减小。

Abstract:Based on CFD,the process of coal reburning in a boiler was simulated.The effect of some key factor such as reburn zone temperature,stoichiometric coefficient and reburn rate on NOx formation regulation was studied on a one-dimensional test system with multi-function such as air stage and fuel reburning.The results showed that the NOx reduction efficient increased with the increase of the reburn zone temperature.There existed an optimum value(0.8~0.9) for reburn zone stoichiometric coefficient.Given the economical reason,the best rate of reburning is 20%.
