| 摘 要： | 利用具有聚焦旋转光具的激光焊接装置焊接管子——管板角焊缝.通过大量不同材料的对比试验,分析研究激光焊在锅炉压力容器管于——管板角焊缝的实用性,从中看出,激光焊工艺适合焊接材料为碳钢的高加、换热器等产品。它具有高效,易实现自动化等优点,有广阔的使用前景.

| Abstract: | Tube—tube plate angle welding seam is welded by thelaser welding with focus rotary light—tool.Its practicality ontube—tube plate angle welding seam of boiler pressure vesselhad been analyzed and investigated by means of comparativetests of a number of difference materials.This welding tech-nology is suitable for some products made of carbon steel ma-terial such as high pressure heater & heat exchanger etc..It isof high efficiency and easy to realize automation advantagesetc..Therefore,it has a wide prospects for applications. |
