摘    要:在大型电站辅机设备制造项目执行过程中,由于周期长,投入大,影响项目顺利执行的因素多,因此做好项目风险管理是非常关键的.根据该类型项目执行的特点,采用层次分析法,对项目排产阶段的风险因素进行量化评估,确定各因素的权值,然后根据不同项目所处的状态,对其进行量化评分,从而确定风险采取应对措施,以降低项目风险.其中,对产品标准...

Abstract:During the project implementation to supply the auxiliary equipment in large capacity power plant,there are lots of uncertain factors,which make positive or negative impacts on the project objective,so the risk management is very critical.According to the characteristics of these projects,the quantitative risk analysis during annual output planning of auxiliary equipment has been made with the analytic hierarchy process method.And then to make sure the proportion of different factors,evaluate the quantitative risk to them based on different status and take the corresponding measures to minimize any risk.At last the critical function of product standardization has been discussed against any risk.
