摘    要:火电机组采用空冷凝汽器代替湿冷凝汽器是设计思想的变革,采用这类设计方案的机组,将在运行中产生很好的节水效果,但也会给机组的运行带来风险.通过对危险源的辨识,找出对应的高风险因素,并对风险进行了预测及评估,同时分析了对其它设备运行的影响因素,从技术层面提出了应对措施,以提高机组运行的安全性.

Abstract:It is the design idea transformation to use the air-cooled condenser instead of the wet cooling condenser.It has got very good water saving result during operation if the air-cooled condenser is adopted,but it will also bring the risk correspondingly in the operation.Relatively high risk factors shall be found based on identification of risk resource and the countermeasures shall be put forward technologically based on the risk forecast and risk assessment together with the analysis on the effect against other equipment so as to increase the safety of the power unit in the operation.
