基于可调谐OPO激光器的光度探头定标技术

摘    要:OPO可调谐激光器具有光谱范围宽、功率高的特点,用于标定光度探头的光谱响应度可使蓝端功率提高两个数量级以上,信噪比显著改善。本文建立了基于可调谐OPO激光器的光度探头定标装置,采用电压积分法实现了带有I/V转换器的集成式光度探头的脉冲光电信号采集,在450~610 nm范围内,将光度探测器的相对光谱响应度测量不确定度降低至Urel=0.2%(k=2)。基于OPO可调谐激光器的光度探头定标技术,提供了一条提高光辐射探测器响应度测量精度的新技术路径,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The OPO tunable laser has a wide output wavelength range and relative high power.Using this equipment to calibrate photohead,the signal noise ratio is increased in blue band due to the power of the light increased over 2 orders,compared to traditional method.National Institute of Metrology(NIM)makes efforts in this research field,and had setup a photohead calibration facility based on the OPO tunable laser.A voltage accumulation method is developed to measure the response of the photohead with an I/V converter.In the range of 450~610 nm,the measurement uncertainty of the relative spectral response of the photometer is Urel=0.2%(k=2).This technique will be a new way to measure spectral responsivity of radiometric detector and has a widely application prospect.
