二ED矿灯恒流稳压电源电路设计

摘    要:介绍目前矿灯的应用现状以及存在的问题,指出LED矿灯是传统矿灯的最佳替代产品。设计一种大功率LED矿灯的电源电路,并提出了一种可以驱动两个串联的LED灯的可调恒流稳压电路的设计方案,该电路经整流滤波后再利用开关稳压器LM2576-ADJ和集成运放LM358分别解决。TLED矿灯的稳压和限流问题,并且允许输入电压在13V-38V范围内波动的情况下LED灯仍可正常工作,电路简单,实用性强。

Abstract:The paper introduced the current status and problems of the miner's lamps and indicates that LED miner's lamp is the best alternative of the traditional miner's lamp. We design a high-power LED miner's lamp power supply circuit, and propose a adjustable constant current regulator circuit which may drive two series of LED lights. This circuit consists by a rectifier filter and a switch regulator LM2576-ADJ and integrated operational amplifier LM358 which solve the problem of the voltage regulation and current ballast for LED miner's lamp. It also allows input voltage fluctuations in the range of 13 - 38V and the circuit is simple and practical.
