既有建筑绿色改造中天然采光优化应用模拟分析

摘    要:外遮阳百叶帘以其显著的节能效果被越来越多地应用于新建建筑和既有建筑的节能改造中。本文结合对江苏省建筑科学研究院办公楼的绿色改造,利用Ecotect和Radiance模拟软件,采用分项法,以采光系数、天然光照度以及窗口亮度值作为评价指标,对铝合金外遮阳百叶帘的遮阳效果进行了分析和评价,得到结论:(1)采用遮阳帘后,窗口处的天然光照度下降明显,室内采光系数和天然光照度分布较为均匀,自然光线分布合理;(2)采用遮阳帘后,窗口处的最高亮度值降低了1500cd/m2左右,避免了射入室内的直射光线,大大减少眩光的产生,优化了室内光环境。

Abstract:Because of outstanding energy saving effect,more and more external sunshading venetian blind is applied in new built buildings and energy saving transformation of existing buildings. This paper is based on the green transformation of the office building in Jiangsu research institute of building science, the simulation software Ecotect and Radiance are used to analyze and evaluate the sunshading effect of aluminum alloy external sunshading venetian blind with subentry method,the evaluating indicator is daylight factor,daylight illuminance and luminance value nearby window. It can draw conclusions as follows: (1) After using sunshading venetian blind,the luminance value nearby window is greatly reduced,the daylight factor and daylight illuminance indoors are evenly distributed,the natural light is sensible distributed; (2) After using sunshading venetian blind,the maximum luminance value nearby window is reduced about 1500cd /m2,the direct rays of the sun indoors is avoided,the emergence of glare is greatly reduced,the interior luminous environment is optimized.
