基于半导体照明新兴产业人才培养的本科工程教育研究

摘    要:半导体照明是重要的新兴产业,日亚、Axitron、Osram、Philps、Cree等国际主要光源生产公司在传统照明及半导体照明领域中已经占据了一定的领先优势。我国的光源及照明生产企业也在奋起直追,发展非常迅猛,在人才需求方面也更为急切和严格。本文提出围绕新兴产业的人才需求,以国际工程师认证要求为培养目标,建立光源与照明等特色学科的专业课程和工程教育培养体系。各校需要根据当地产业集群发展和本校实际情况来因地制宜地开展工程教育教学和实践,以产学研结合的模式实现人才的综合培养。最终完善专业工程教育评价机制,力促半导体照明专业的工程教育系统地开展,培养符合国际水准的工程师。

Abstract:As semiconductor illumination is an important emerging industry, major international manufacturing companies, such as Nichia, Lumileds, Osram, Philips, Cree, Aixtron, Veeco etc, have occupied a certain advantage in the traditional lighting sources and semiconductor lighting field. China' s lighting source and illumination manufacturers also rise to catch up and the demands for talents. According to the talent needs of new industry, this paper presents to establish a special courses and engineering education training system of light source & illumination and other disciplines based on the requirements for international engineers certifications. Each school should carry out the teaching and practice of engineering education in light industry with local industry cluster development and it' s actual situation, and achieve a comprehensive personnel training research with the mode cooperation of producing, studying and researching. The special engineering education evaluation mechanisms need to be enhanced and carry out systematically semiconductor illumination special engineering education, so the trained engineers can be in line with international standards ultimately.
