螺旋槽管强化管内换热试验研究

摘    要:针对电厂锅炉管式空气预热器的管内运行工况,对螺旋槽管管内流动阻力和换热性能进行的试验研究,分析了管内Re数、槽深以及节距对螺旋槽管管内阻力和换热的影响,得到了管内阻力和换热的准则关联式,并对螺旋槽管的热力性能进行了定量分析。

Experimental Research on Enhancing Heat Transfer in Spirally Fluted Tubes
Abstract:The paper reports on experimental research on the made of operation within the tubes of tube type air preheaters of power plants, as well as the internal flow resistance and heat transfer properties of spirally fluted tubes. It analyzes the effect of Re number within the tube, as well as that of flute's depth and pitch, on the flow resistance and heat transfer within the tube; herewith obtaining a criterion of their interrelationship. A quantitative estimate of the heat transfer performance capability of spirally fluted tubes is presented in addition.
