凝汽器在线故障诊断系统

摘    要:为保证火电厂凝汽器的安全可靠运行,实现故障诊断和操作指导,开发了凝汽器在线监测与故障诊断系统。介绍了系统的基本结构、主要功能和优点。系统采用了模糊神经网络与改进的BP算法相结合的故障诊断方法,能快速地、准确地判断出凝汽器故障所在。并通过现场实践进行了验证。

Abstract:A condenser's on-line monitoring and fault diagnosing system has been developed for effectuating fault diagnosis and operational guidance,thus warranting safe and reliable operation of power plant condensers.The fundamental structure,the main functions and the advantages of the system are here being explained.The system employs a diagnosis method,which combines fuzzy neural networks with improved BP algorithm and can swiftly and accurately determine the location of a condenser fault.This fact has been vindicated by on-site practice.
