摘    要:通过对印度京德项目奥莎1号机组循环流化床锅炉的热态优化燃烧调整,在掌握锅炉实际运行的合理风量等参数后对控制系统进行调试,使机炉实现了自动协调控制,并使锅炉燃烧实现自动控制。结果表明,锅炉燃烧良好,运行稳定,为锅炉燃烧全部投入自动控制积累了经验。

Abstract:Based on optimized combustion adjustment for the CFB boiler in Aosha No.1 Power Unit,Indian Jingde Project,the control system has been commissioned using parameters like reasonable air flow rate acquired during operation,hence automatic boiler-turbine coordinate control and automatic boiler combustion control are realized.The current sound combustion and stable operation of the boiler may serve as a reference for future retrofit of its full-automatic combustion control.
