锅炉部件的可靠性预测模型的研究

摘    要:该文将可靠性预测理论和强度及寿命理论结合 ,提出了一种新的锅炉部件工作可靠性的预测方法。分析了影响锅炉部件故障的诸多因素 ,给出了各种因素在威布尔分布下的具体物理涵义。并给出了考虑各种因素共同作用下部件的故障模型 ,以及这些因素对部件可靠度、概率密度函数和故障率影响的物理意义。提出一个从可靠性的角度出发 ,对锅炉部件工作的可靠性进行预测的方法。图 5参 7

Abstract:By associating the theory of reliability prognosis with the theories of streagth and life expectancy, the paper broaches a new method for reliability prognostication of boiler parts. The paper analyses the numerous factors that affect the failure of boilers and gives the physical import of the various factors that follow weibull's distribution, suggests a falure model of boiler parts which takes into consideration the simultaneous action of various factors. The paper also includes a suggestive method for prognosticating, from the point of view of reliability, the operation reliability of boiler parts.
