摘    要:某600MW机组循环水冷却方式采用带冷却塔的闭式循环,其循环水泵的厂用电率为1.0%左右。为进一步降低循环水泵的厂用电率,对循环水泵进行了变频改造,可实现循环水量的连续调节。结合变频改造后的试验数据,提出了600MW机组变频循环水泵运行优化方案。

Abstract:The closed loop cooling tower is adopted for the circulating water cooling of a 600 MW power unit and the house power of the circulating pump was 1.0 percent.To further reduce the house power consumption of the circulating pump,a frequency conversion retrofit has been made so as to achieve a continuous adjustment of the circulating water.Based on test results obtained after retrofit,an optimization scheme is proposed for operation of the retrofitted circulating pump of a 600 MW power unit.
