发电厂汽动给水泵弹簧基础的试验研究

摘    要:以玉环电厂为例,对汽动给水泵弹簧基础进行了试验研究。三菱公司给水泵汽轮机为布置1根蒸汽管路,在基础的排汽口上开了一个斜切口,对基础台板的强度与刚度造成了极大的损伤,因而根据动力分析与静力分析设计了基础台板的补强结构,并在投产后进行了振动实测与特性分析,提出了建议。

Abstract:Taking Yuhuan Power Plant as an example,experimental study on spring supported foundation of its steam-driven feed water pump has been carried out.The Mitsubishi turbine for driving feed water pump adopts the design of one steam line,on which a slant-cut is prepared at the steam exhaust on the foundation.The slant-cut severely weakens the strength and rigidity of the foundation base plate.In order to solve above problems,reinforcing structure was designed and applied on the basis of dynamic and static analy...
