高压主汽调节阀常见故障分析与处理

摘    要:根据东方汽轮机有限公司全电调300 MW、600 MW机组安装与运行故障的处理经验,对全电调机组高压主汽阀、高压调节阀常见故障进行了归类,主要是高压调节阀卡涩和运行中有异音;主汽阀阀盖和阀杆漏汽。正确有效的处理方法是阀杆与阀套间的间隙不要过小,阀碟与阀套间隙要适当,严格执行正确的安装工序,保证阀门密封面的真正密封等。

Abstract:Based on experience obtained in tackling troubles encountered by 300 MW,600 MW pure DEH controlled units of Dongfang Steam Turbine Co.Ltd.during installation and operation periods,normal troubles occurring in the high-pressure main stop valve and high-pressure control valve are classified as follows: seizing up and abnormal noise in operation of high-pressure control valve;steam leakage in bonnet and valve rod of main stop valve.The effective way to solve this problem is to secure enough gap between valve rod and pocket,suitable gap between valve disc and pocket,obey installation sequence strictly,guarantee sound sealing of all sealing surfaces.
