火电厂回热系统故障诊断专家系统的设计与实现

摘    要:火电厂回热系统是电厂热力系统的核心,回热系统故障已成为影响机组稳发满发的主要原因之一。为保证火电厂回热系统的安全经济运行,实现故障诊断和故障排除,设计了一个适用于回热系统的故障诊断专家系统。介绍了该系统的结构、功能、自学习能力和知识库的建立与推理机的实现。重点阐述了利用知识库中知识推理,进行故障诊断的方法。

Abstract:The regenerative system constitutes the core of a power plant's thermal system and faults incurred by the former have become one of main factors that impair stable and full capacity operation of the generation set.A fault diagnosing expert system for regenerative systems has been designed to warrant the latter's safe and economic operation,as well as for diagnosing and liquidating possibly occurring faults.The system's conformation,function,self-learning ability,setting up of a knowledge bank and the formation of an inference mechanism are being explained.Fault diagnosing by inference with the help of bank stored knowledge is being elucidated.
