| 摘 要： | 介绍了所研制的变风量空调系统风机温控型专用变频器的软、硬件设计。该变频器控制电路采用51系列单片机89C52和三相PWM波形发生器SA8281，主电路采用IPM智能功率模块，功能设置、操作使用方法等针对空调风机进行了专门化设计。温度控制采用了一种新型的混合型模糊－PI控制器。此外，还通过分析SA8281的功能和特点，指出了其在应用中存在的问题，提出了解决方法。

| Abstract: | The inverter with temperature controller is presented,which is developed for blowers used in VAV (variable-air-volume) air conditioning systems.In the inverter the 8-bit microcontroller 89C52 and intelligent power modules (IPM) are used.The PWM signal is produced by the three-phase PWM waveform generator SA8281.Its functions and handling methods are specially designed for the blowers used in air conditioning systems.For temperature controlling a novel compound Fuzzy-PI controller is proposed.In addition,the PWM generator SA8281 is introduced and discussed.Its problems in usage are pointed out,and the solutions are given. |
