磁极参数对车用永磁发电机性能影响的理论分析与实验

摘    要:根据永磁发电机电磁设计的内容,编制了径向励磁的车用永磁发电机计算机辅助设计软件,利用该软件分析了磁化长度和磁钢截面积两项磁极参数对车用永磁发电机性能影响规律并进行了相应的实验验证.结果表明,增加磁钢截面积、减小磁钢厚度不仅减少了永磁材料的用量,降低了成本,而且增大了电枢反应电抗,降低了高速时的输出电压.

Abstract:The permanent magnet(PM) generator CAD system was programmed based on electromagnetic design program.Vehicle PM generator performance influence on pole parameters was analyzed and the corresponding experiment was done with different steel section areas and different magnetization lengths.The result shows that a magnet steel with short magnetization length and large steel section not only reduces PM materials,but also lowers the output voltage at high speed.
