电容放电式无触点磁电机点火装置的设计与分析

摘    要:摩托车用电容放电式无触点磁电机点火系统利用电子开关代替传统的有触点磁电机点火装置,通过采用高性能的永磁材料和电子开关元件,提高了点火系统工作的稳定性和可靠性,从而提高了汽油机的工作效率。本文通过一种双缸四冲程摩托车磁电机点火系统的研制,较系统地给出了该点火系统的设计方法和实验曲线。

Abstract:The capacitor discharge Ignition with PM generator (C. D. I) system is applied to replace traditional mechanic ignition system and to realize electronic ignition. By means of high quality PM material and electronic elements, the stability and reliabiblity of ignition system are raised, also the efficiency of gas - engine can be higher. This paper introduces a kind of twin - engine four - turn motorcycle ignition system, and gives the prime design method and experiment curves.
