基于谐振升压的超声波电动机驱动系统研究

摘    要:由于超声波电动机驱动的小型化要求,分析了一种利用谐振升压的驱动系统,通过MOSFET开通的占空比控制输出电压的幅值。通过MOSFET的开通和关断,利用电感进行储存和释放能量,使电路持续工作在谐振状态。为提高MOSFET的使用寿命,提高能量的利用效率,降低MOSFET的开通损耗,提出了一种ZVT(Zero-Voltage-Transition)技术,实现了MOSFET的零电压开通。

Abstract:As the requirement of compact size of the ultrasonic motor driver,a resonance step-up circuit for the drive system was analyzed,in which output voltage magnitude was controlled by changing the duty cycle.With the turn-on and turn-off of MOSFET,energy was stored and released using the inductor.It makes circuit work in the resonant state.In order to extend the working life,to improve the energy efficiency,and to reduce the opening loss,a technology named Zero-Voltage-Transition(ZVT) was proposed.It achieves t...
