电动汽车用电机控制器过电流保护方法

摘    要:系统地分析了电机控制器过电流故障产生的原因,建立了基于TM S320 LF2407A的电控平台,搭建了电流的检测、采样、硬件过流保护电路和软件过流保护策略,从而有效地解决了电机控制器过电流故障的保护问题,并且提出了减少过流故障的几点建议.

Abstract:This paper systematically analyzed the causes of over-current in motor controller,built the platform of the electronic control based on TMS320LF2407A DSP,and established the current detection,sampling,over-current hardware protection circuit and over-current software protection strategy.With these,the system effectively solves the problem of over-current in motor controller,and proposes some suggestions on how to reduce the over-current fault of motor controller.
