摘    要:磁链和转速信息直接影响矢量控制的动态特性。基于传统电压模型,设计了一种改进的磁链观测器和转速估算方案。利用低通滤波器替代积分器,消除了积分环节对磁链观测的不利影响;利用磁链参考值补偿观测误差,保证磁链观测的准确性。为消除测量噪声和随机扰动的影响,引入同步角频率的误差校正项和滤波环节,通过滑差迭代更新的方式保证参数估算的准确性。仿真和DSP电机对拖试验平台验证了改进方案的有效性。

Abstract:In the speed sensorless vector control system of induction machine,accurate flux and speed information is very important.On the basis of the traditional voltage model,an improved rotor flux observer with the programmable low-pass filter(LPF)was studied.LPF was used instead of an integrator to avoid the influence of initial integral value,integral saturation and DC drift problems.The rotor flux observed by the low-pass filter was compensated by the reference value of the rotor flux.At the same time,the filtering stage and error correction term of synchronous angular frequency were introduced to estimate the rotor angular frequency and synchronous angular frequency by slip iteration update.The influence of random interference and measurement noise was effectively eliminated,and the accuracy of estimated speed and synchronization position angle was ensured.The improved flux observer and speed estimation scheme were used in the rotor flux oriented vector control system,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified on the DSP experimental platform.
