电机磁瓦不粘结固定方法设计

摘    要:微型电机中固定磁瓦的传统方法是使用粘结剂,该方法存在刮胶,不利于磁瓦检测,使用时易因粘结剂老化而脱落和产生异味等问题。设计了一种不粘结的新型固定方法,通过机械方式将磁瓦和弹弓固定在电机外壳上,利用弹弓的弹性张力紧紧地卡住电机磁瓦,防止磁瓦脱落。结果表明,新型固定方法显著提高了磁瓦和弹弓安装的稳固性,不使用粘接剂,实现了绿色环保生产,在其他电机中也适于推广应用。

Abstract:The traditional method of fixing magnetic tile in micromotor uses adhesive,which has problems such as scraping adhesive,making disadvantages of the detection for magnetic tile,and adhesive is easy to fall off and produce peculiar smell due to the aging of adhesive.A new type of non-bonding fixing method was designed,which fixed the magnetic tile and slingshot in the motor housing by a mechanical mean.The results showed that this method can improve the stability of the installation of magnetic tile and slingshot significantly,and realized green production without adhesive.It is also suitable for promotion and application in other motors.
