摘    要:永磁同步电机(PMSM)高性能伺服控制系统中需要对转子位置进行高精度的辨识。设计了一种基于非线性扩张状态观测器(ESO)的PMSM无位置传感器控制方法。仿真结果表明,基于ESO的无位置传感器控制方法能获得准确的转子位置和速度信息,实现了系统的无位置传感器矢量控制。该方法与常用的两种使用滑模观测器(SMO)的无位置传感器控制方法对比,非线性扩张状态观测器不仅对电机参数不敏感,鲁棒性强,而且还具有增益小、无抖振、观测精度高的特性。

Abstract:High precision identification of rotor position is necessary for the high performance permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)servo control system.The extended state observer(ESO)based sensorless PMSM control mechanism was designed.The simulation results showed that the ESO based sensorless control method could get accurate rotor position and speed information,and achieve the sensorless vector control system.Compared with two common sensorless control methods using sliding mode observer(SMO),the nonlinear extended state observer has the characteristics of insensitivity to motor parameters and strong robustness,as well as small gain,no chattering,and higher observation precision.
