基于非均匀高斯函数的无刷直流电动机模糊控制

摘    要:采用一种基于非均匀高斯型隶属函数的模糊PI控制算法来实现无刷直流电机闭环调速控制.根据转速误差E和误差变化率EC在控制过程中非均匀分布的特点,构建相应的非均匀高斯型隶属函数模糊控制器来实时调整PI控制器的两个参数KP,KI.并运用Matlab/Simulink结合Fuzzy工具箱实现了对BLDCM系统的仿真.仿真结果表明:基于非均匀高斯型隶属函数的模糊PI控制与普通模糊PI控制相比,具有更好的动态、稳态性能,更强的鲁棒性及更高的控制精度.

Abstract:A new fuzzy PI control algorithm, based on a non-uniform Gaussian membership function, was applied to BLDCM closed-loop speed control system. This controller was capable of automatically adjusting the two parameters of PI controller KP, KI according to the speed error E and the change in error EC. And the use of Matlab / Simulink with fuzzy toolbox achieved the BLDCM system simulation. The simulation results show that compared to general fuzzy PI controller and conventional PI control systems,the fuzzy PI controller based on the non-uniform Gaussian membership function has better dynamic, steady-state performance, stronger robustness and higher control precision.
