摘    要:文章分析了逆变器死区效应产生的机理以及死区时间对永磁同步电机系统的影响。分析和仿真结果表明,死区时间引起逆变器输出基波电压的非线性,并且使输出电压中产生奇次谐波,死区效应使永磁同步电动机系统的输出力矩下降,并且使电机的相电流中含有谐波,引起了力矩波动。实验结果验证了分析的正确性。

Abstract:The mechanism of the dead-time effect and its effect on the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system are analyzed in this paper.The analysis and simulation results show that the dead time brings not only the nonlinearity of fundamental component but also odd-order harmonics into the output voltage of the inverter.Hence the dead-time effect causes a decrease of the motor output torque and an increase of harmonic currents in the motor,which may result in torque pulsation.The correctness of the analysis result is verified by the experiment.
