220kV线路单相断线故障的探讨

摘    要:输电线路单相断线时,产生负序分量和零序分量,使电网的发、供、用电设备受到损害,必须尽快切除.文章介绍了一起输电线路单相断线未接地故障的经过及处理情况,分析了线路断线和长时间非全相运行的原因.提出了增加零序电流与断线前的负载电流比值的突变量算法来整定的保护思路及预防措施.解决了线路无论重载运行还是轻载运行、无论单相断线接地故障还是单相断线未接地故障,保护均能可靠动作,切除故障线路的问题.

Probing into Fault of SinglePhase Broken in 220kV Transmission Lines
Abstract:When singlephase transmission line is disconnected,negative sequence component and zero sequence component will produce,and thus damage power equipment and installation.Therefore,the fault must be removed as soon as possible.This paper introduces the process of one fault and its treatments,and analysis the causes the system running over a long period of time after singlephase disconnection while grounded fault has not happened,and put forwards the protect ideas and prevention measures by taking the arithmetic of mutation variable(the ratio of zerosequence current to load current) as a setting value.By doing so,protection will act reliably to remove the fault,whenever the line is heavy load,or light load,and also whenever the line is singlephase broken and grounded,or singlephase broken and ungrounded.
