| Abstract: | This paper introduces the structure and functions of single bus digital temperature sensor DS1820 and persents the circuit diagram and software design program of DS1820 when the temperature is observed and controlled by micro control unit.Compared with the traditional temperature measuring component parts,the hardware circuit of the single bus digital temperature sensor cooperated with micro control unit is very simple and esay to operate. |
