无心磨床主轴摩擦磨损的实验研究

摘    要:分析传统主轴结构,进行陶瓷喷涂主轴轴瓦磨损比较,以提高主轴精度和寿命。介绍了不同无心磨床主轴表面处理方法,进行了不同材质轴瓦、不同油脂的动压磨损数值测定,确认润滑油的润滑效果。结论是选择32#抗磨液压油作为陶瓷轴颈一锌基合金轴瓦的润滑油;20#机械油作为40Cr轴颈一锌基合金轴瓦的润滑油;32#导轨油作为陶瓷、40Cr轴颈-青铜轴瓦的润滑油为佳。

Abstract:The structure of classic spindle is analyzed. The spindle is compared through spray paint with different coating. Choosing different bearings and different greases, numerical test of dynamic pressure and wear comparison is conducted. The effect of lubricating oil is confirmed, and methods for improving precision and increasing lifespan are sought. It is concluded that the No. 32 antiwear hydraulic oil for ceramics journal-zinc alloys bearings lubricants, No. 20 machinery oil for 40 Cr journal-zinc alloys bearings lubricants, and No. 32 rail oil for bronze journal-zinc al- loys bearings lubricants form the best match.
