| 摘 要： | 为理解跨国公司海外子公司的网络学习行为,提高网络学习效果,通过对组织学习理论和跨国公司海外子公司理论进行回顾和展望,阐明了网络学习的内涵,以东道国网络为例,探讨了海外子公司网络学习的具体知识,分析了海外子公司嵌入网络的学习效应。
