| 摘 要： | 提出一套有别于ISP(在线编程)的单片机程序在线更新和选择系统,适用于同类型不同产品的性能测试。根据与产品匹配的安装底座差异选择不同测试程序,利用一个89C51与上位机通信,获得数据烧入到AT49F001Flash存储器供另一89C51执行,可降低成本并提高测试的灵活性。

| Abstract: | This paper is to introduce a micro-controller system for program selection and online program update,which is different from ISP system. It can be applied to complex testing system for similar products. By detecting the unique test nest of each product, the system can automatically select test program. Meanwhile, with an 89C51 interfacing with PC, the system allows programming data received from PC to be burned into selected AT49F001 Flash ROM for the execution of another 89C51, so as to reduce cost and promote testing flexibility. |
